TATV Solutions is operated by Tele Anacaona LLC, based in Orlando, Florida. These terms govern your use of this website and any service engagement you agree to with us. A signed agreement controls the specifics of any engagement and prevails over the general statements on this site where they differ.

We do not guarantee sales, appointments, inquiries, or any particular result. Outcomes depend on the market, your offer, budget, execution, your responsiveness, and your sales process. We do not use “no risk,” “guaranteed customers,” “guaranteed revenue,” or “you only pay when you get paid.”

Monthly campaign management is provided for a defined monthly fee that covers the agreed management services. Advertising spend, setup work, communication usage, and additional production are separately scoped and disclosed where applicable. Pay per acquisition is available only for selected industries and campaigns after reviewing fit, and its terms — including what counts as an acquisition, attribution, and who funds advertising — are defined in the agreement before launch.

Submitting a performance-based eligibility request does not establish eligibility. Eligibility depends on the niche, location, offer, market demand, capacity, tracking access, economics, and your ability to respond and close business.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you share, for responding to inquiries in a timely way, and for the parts of your sales process that are outside our agreed scope.
